Circles ABA

Our dedicated team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are passionate about making a difference. We hire only the best to ensure your child receives the best care possible. With extensive experience in ABA therapy, our professionals work closely with families to create customized treatment plans designed to meet each child’s needs.

In-Home ABA Therapy

Our one-on-one therapy sessions take place in the comfort of your home, where children feel most at ease. This setting allows us to:

  • Teach functional communication skills to improve interactions
  • Foster social relationships with family and peers
  • Develop self-care routines, including hygiene, dressing, and mealtime behaviors
  • Implement behavior reduction strategies to replace problem behaviors
  • Provide parent coaching to reinforce ABA techniques outside of therapy sessions

In-School ABA Therapy

Our in-school therapy services allow children to receive support in an academic environment, helping them succeed both socially and academically. (note that now all insurance companies will authorize in-school ABA Therapy)

  • Classroom Behavior Support: Encouraging focus, participation, and positive interactions.
  • Peer Interaction & Social Skills: Helping children build friendships and improve social confidence.
  • Functional Communication Training: Supporting verbal and non-verbal communication for clearer expression of needs.
  • IEP Collaboration: Working alongside teachers and school staff to ensure educational success.

What to Expect

Starting ABA therapy with Circles ABA is simple! We guide you through each step to ensure a smooth process for your child and family.

Step 1

Free Consultation

Call our intake team for a no-obligation consultation. We’ll discuss your child’s needs, answer your questions, and explain how ABA therapy can help.

Step 2

Insurance & Eligibility

We’ll verify your insurance benefits, explain coverage details, and handle the necessary paperwork. We will then submit a request for assessment authorization from your insurance company.

Step 3

Initial Assessment

Once approved by your insurance, a BCBA will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your child’s strengths and challenges. This helps us create a customized therapy plan to help your child achieve their goals.

Step 4

Therapy Begins

Once the treatment plan is submitted to insurance for authorization and it is approved, your child will begin one-on-one therapy with our skilled team, either at home or in school. Sessions will be engaging, structured, and designed to encourage meaningful progress.

Step 5

Ongoing Support & Progress Monitoring

We continuously track your child’s progress, adjust therapy goals as needed, and provide regular updates to parents. Collaboration is key to long-term success.
